How wide is the spine of the book?
What is the height of the book?
Do you want imprinting on just the spine, or the front cover as well?
If you have an old book, do you want the original cover restored if possible?
If you are having a paperback hardbound, do you want the paperback cover
mounted onto the hard cover?
Will you want several identically bound volumes? If so, a price break
may apply.
